Allows entry on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 10:00 AM and includes camping for the entire duration of the festival. Early admission is allowed for a fee on Thursday, August 18, 2011 at 12:00AM (Weds @ midnight). Patrons must vacate the festivals ground by Monday, August 20 at 10:00AM.

 Allows entry for one day only from 10:00 AM until 4:00AM when 1-day ticket holders must leave the festival grounds. P vehicles must be out of the Day Parking area by 8:00AM the following day.

4.VIP Event Passes

4-day or 3-day Event Pass

4-day allows entry Thursday August 16, 2012 at 12:00AM (rather than 10:00AM; no early admission fee). Patrons must vacate the festivals ground by Monday, August 20 at 10:00AM.

3-day allows entry Friday August 17, 2012 at 10:00AM. Patrons must vacate the festivals ground by Monday, August 20 at 10:00AM.

Both 4-day and 3-day VIP passes include access to the following:

VIP 4-day and VIP 3-day Event Passes ONLY include RV parking. if you choose to bring one (you still must register your RV in advance by calling our office at 413-464-6806 to make the appropriate accomodations; otherwise, you risk not having a space to park your RV). Also, children ages 14 and under may accompany a parent/guardian with a VIP pass into all VIP extra activities and amenities.

5.VIP 1-day Pass – Allows entry for one day only from 10:00AM until 9:00 AM the next morning. This ticket includes camping and access to all VIP benefits and amenities listed above that are occurring on that particular day (i.e. Pizza Party will happen only one day, as will the pancake breakfast; all items that are not day specific will be included regardless of date).

6.RV Parking Pass (Add on) – Allows any RV or any other similarly oversized vehicles to enter the festival premises. Only one pass is needed per vehicle (not one per person). Note that VIP weekend tickets include this in the price; single day VIP tickets do not admit an RV.

7. Kid Tickets - Children ages 14 and under are admitted free of charge, and children ages 15 and 16 are $40 for a weekend ticket and camping pass, $30 for a two day ticket and camping pass, or $20 for a single day, available at the gate only. If your child appears to be older than 14 but is not, please bring a verification of his or her age. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to enter the festival, and must be under the supervision and is the responsibility of a parent or guardian during the festival duration.

3.By Mail

Send us a letter containing your name, address, phone and email and specifying the tickets you want to order along with the correct payment ammount (accepted forms of payment include money order, cashier check, or personal check with enough time allowed for it to clear). If you would like your tickets mailed to you, include a self addressed stamped envelope. Otherwise, your tickets will be available at will call upon entering the festival grounds. We will notify you upon reciept of your ticket payment. If we havent confirmed the purchase of your tickets within 15 days of sending payment, please contact us as we have likely not recieved any letter or payment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen payments or tickets.
